MINT & VAULT TCG CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

This Consignment Agreement ("Agreement") is between Mint & Vault TCG ("Consignee"), operating out of Cape Coral, Florida, and the individual or entity listed on the submission form ("Consignor"). By submitting items for consignment, Consignor agrees to the following terms:

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Consignee agrees to provide professional sales services, including but not limited to: market analysis, high-resolution photography, listing management across various platforms (eBay, MySlabs, Instagram, etc.), physical show representation, and secure storage at our Florida logistics hub.

2. AUTHENTICITY & CONDITION

Guarantee: Consignor guarantees that all items submitted are 100% authentic and legally owned by the Consignor.

Verification: Consignee reserves the right to reject any item. If an item is found to be counterfeit or altered, it will be returned at the Consignor’s expense, and a $50 processing fee may apply.

3. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

Inbound Shipping: Consignor is responsible for all costs and risks associated with shipping items to the Mint & Vault Florida hub. We strongly recommend fully insured shipping with signature tracking.

Storage: Once received and checked in, items are covered by Mint & Vault’s internal security protocols.

Liability Limit: In the event of loss or damage while in Consignee’s physical possession, liability is limited to the estimated net payout of the item (Estimated Market Value minus consignment fees).

4. FEES & COMMISSION

Consignor agrees to the following commission structure based on the final sale price:

$1 – $499: 15% Commission

$500-$1,999: 12% Commission

$2,000+: 10% Commission

Note: Third-party marketplace fees (e.g., eBay fees) and credit card processing fees are deducted from the gross sale price before the final payout.

5. PRICING & SALES STRATEGY

Market Value: Consignee will set the initial asking price based on recent "Comps" (comparable sales).

Approval: For items valued over $5,000, Consignee will seek written approval from Consignor before accepting any offers lower than 10% of the asking price.

Exclusive Right: Consignee has the exclusive right to sell the items for a period of 60 days.

6. PAYOUTS

Timeline: Payouts are issued within 24 hours of verification that the buyer has received the item.

Methods: Paid within 24 hours after the buyer receives the item, by your preferred payment method. Any associated transfer fees are the responsibility of the Consignor.

7. GRADING SERVICES (Optional)

If Consignor requests "Grade & Consign" services:

Consignee will facilitate the submission to PSA.

Consignor is responsible for all grading fees and shipping to the grading company. These fees can be "deducted from earnings" if the item's value supports the cost.

8. TERMINATION & RETURNS

Consignor may request the return of unsold items after the 60 day exclusivity period.

Consignor is responsible for return insured shipping costs. If an item is withdrawn before the exclusivity period ends, a "Withdrawal Fee" of $50 per item will apply to cover labor and listing costs.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lee County, Florida.
