1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS: These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Mint & Vault Cards LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the MintVaultTCG.com website. By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. ASSET VALUATION & QUOTES: Any preliminary quote or offer provided by Mint & Vault Cards LLC via email, text message (SMS), or phone is an estimate only, based on the photographs and descriptions provided by the seller.

Final Verification: All offers are subject to physical inspection and verification upon arrival at our facility.

Condition Check: If an item arrives in a condition different from what was described or pictured (e.g., scratches, dents, cracks), Mint & Vault TCG reserves the right to revise the offer or reject the item.

Authenticity: If an item is determined to be counterfeit, altered, or fake, it will be rejected immediately.

3. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING COMMUNICATIONS: By submitting a form on our website, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages from Mint & Vault Cards LLC regarding your submission, offers, and account status at the telephone number(s) that you provide.

You may opt-out of these communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

4. SHIPPING & LIABILITY

Inbound Shipping: The seller is responsible for securely packing and shipping items to Mint & Vault Cards LLC. We are not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during transit to our facility. We strongly recommend using our packing protocol and insuring your shipment.

Return Shipping: If a seller rejects our final verified offer, the seller is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items will be returned once the shipping fee is paid.

Transfer of Title: Title and ownership of assets transfer to Mint & Vault Cards LLC only when the agreed-upon payment has been initiated (Wire or PayPal) to the seller.

5. GOVERNING LAW: These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Florida. Mint & Vault Cards LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
