RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. ALL SALES FINAL Due to the volatile nature of the collectibles market, all sales of graded cards (slabs), sealed product (wax), and raw singles are final. We do not accept returns for "buyer's remorse," market price fluctuations, or minor cosmetic imperfections on third-party graded cases (PSA/BGS/CGC).
2. EXCEPTIONS & DAMAGES We only accept returns in the following specific instances:
- Wrong Item Sent: You received a different card than what was purchased.
- Damaged in Transit: The package arrived crushed or the slab case was cracked during shipping.
If your item arrives damaged:
- Do not open the sealed product (if applicable).
- Take clear photos of the damaged shipping box and the damaged item immediately.
- Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
- Retain all original packaging materials for insurance inspection.
3. BUY-BACK RETURNS (For Sellers) If you submit a collection to Mint & Vault Cards LLC for valuation and subsequently reject our final verification offer:
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We will invoice you for the return shipping label (insured and tracked).
- Your items will be held in our vault until the return shipping invoice is paid.
- If the return shipping is not paid within 30 days, the items will be considered abandoned.
4. REFUNDS For approved returns (due to our error or shipping damage), refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.
